Our Mission
We understand that, in today's day-to-day life, there can be many factors and stressors that can contribute to your child's behavior and the concerns you may have. Whether your child has a formal diagnosis, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, or no diagnosis at all, behavioral concerns can negatively affect your child at home, school, or in the community. Additionally, all members of the family can be impacted, including parents, caregivers, grandparents, or siblings. While you may have tried several strategies to help your child succeed, sometimes it can feel like there are just too many moving pieces.
How Can We Help?
At BSL Parent Training & ABA Services, we are dedicated to providing effective, high quality services to the families of children and young adults with a variety of diagnoses, developmental delays, and/or social, emotional, or behavioral needs. Our family-centered approach uses the evidence-based principles and practices of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to teach skills and promote consistency so that your child can be successful across settings and over time. While our services are founded on the science of ABA, our professionals also believe in supporting families with compassion and delivering services with heart. We recognize that every child and family is different, each with their own unique abilities and skills. Therefore, we work with families to identify and prioritize goals, and individualize the recommendations and strategies used to meet each family's own unique needs. Finally, an emphasis is placed on supporting both the child and the family so that they can learn and grow together, piece by piece, one step at a time.
